Me?
You want to know about me?
I
was born at a very early age and luckily my mother was in attendance.
I’ve always been a writer, even when people told me to stop it because
I was damaging the walls.
My earliest fictional efforts was
fan fiction at its finest. Never satisfied with the plots of my
favorite TV shows, I began writing my own stories for TheProtectors, Bonanza and later Simon and Simon, Kung
Fu: The Legend Continues, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The A-Team and now Supernatural.
But credit for starting me on the road to paid publication goes to two very special people.
First,
my brother Danny, who, when told I wanted to be a book author, said,
“start with magazines, because no one will buy a book you wrote”. I
dedicated my first book, TV Toys, to him.
Second is the actor
Don Matheson from Land of the Giants. You see Don, I lied to you. When
I first moved to California, I tracked Don down and interviewed him for
a “magazine”. Only there was no magazine. So once Don gave me the
interview I had no choice but to FIND someplace to publish it. I did
(Epilogue Magazine) and I’ve been selling ever since.
I now
have three books and hundreds of magazine articles in print. Best of
all, my writing has allowed me to do something I always dreamed of as a
child, hang around on a soundstage watching them film my favorite TV
shows. And to top it off, I got paid for it.
It also supplies my DVD habit, as I'm a TV on DVD reviewer for DVDVerdict!
When I'm not writing or watching TV (which is rarely), I also act and crew movie and TV productions! Big surprise there, huh?
