"site setup" page

The site setup page should not look like any other page (on the left with the page names).  It should either be indented, or put somewhere else, or made a different color.  Something to show it's an editing tool, not an actual page of material.

Agreed.  This is one of those million little (but big when you add them up) things that I need to fix about the appearance of things.

If you haven't noticed, the site setup page is gone until we figure out how to make it easier to use.
