Yikes! that's not good. Something is wrong.
Can you tell us a little more:
What type of computer - PC or Mac. (Sorry, our recording tools only support PC today)
What Web Browser - IE, Firefox, and whcih version?
What OS - Windows XP, Vista?
Are you using the web page based recorder? we call it Shout and it looks like:

I am trying to use the Shout recorder, but am not able to get the screenshot you posted on my screen. Still stuck at the clock waiting for the recorder to load.
The Web Recorder requires Java. It may help to install the latest version of Java from http://www.java.com/. It may also help to clear your browser's cache.
Are you running an security package that would prevent Java applets from installing? You may have to disable this feature or set up an exemption for WildVoice.com.
